Today, I made some gluten-free, sugar-free chocolate chip cookies (recipe thanks to Babycakes NYC cookbook). I then made them into chipwiches with vanilla frosting.

me and my sister are both allergic to Gluten and we were always on a gluten-free diet ever since we were teenagers. ‘

My mother recently was diagnosed with celiac disease, and so I’ve been experimenting with gluten-free flour and other healthy alternatives (like sugar and dairy substitutes). In NYC, there’s Babycakes, a great bakery that specializes in these sort of diets. As I mentioned, they sell a very informative cookbook that my mother loves; it also helps bakers alter other recipes. Check it out: Babycakes cookbook.
