Unfortunately, the iPhone’s camera cannot show how good these are! Here are some almond cupcakes that I had to tweak a bit after adding too much cachaça to the recipe!

I made a gluten free version of these yummy sweet potato cupcakes for my mah. I also put a lot if this orange flavoured rum in the mapple syrup frosting. Nom nom nom.
